Business Analyst

The Role
As a Business Analyst at Capco, you will work closely with clients across the financial services and energy sectors, supporting the delivery of transformation initiatives. You will play a key role in understanding business objectives, gathering and translating requirements, and enabling effective collaboration between business and technology stakeholders.
What You’ll Do
- Analyze current and future state processes to identify gaps and improvement opportunities
- Develop high-quality business requirements documents (BRDs) and functional specifications
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, validate, and prioritize business requirements
- Support defect resolution and ensure alignment between technical solutions and business needs
- Produce clear, concise deliverables including reports, presentations, and client communications
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst
- Experience in consulting, financial services, or energy industries is advantageous
- Strong ability to gather, analyze, and document business and data requirements
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, with the ability to communicate insights effectively
- Experience working with stakeholders to manage requirements and project progress

- Experience supporting system implementation or transformation projects
- Familiarity with process improvement methodologies
- Ability to map data requirements to system fields
- Experience producing client-facing consulting deliverables
- Exposure to Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies
