What will you be doing in this role?
- Drafting of Business requirements.
- Documentation of Business requirements.
- Reviewing domain experts’ inputs and translating them into business requirements.
- Preparing test cases based on the requirements.
- Overseeing the User Acceptance Testing.
- Prioritizing the business requirements.
- Business model analysis.
- Business process analysis.
- Risk analysis.
- Interaction with other business analysts, business owners, customer, project manager.
- Participating in agile IT project management and business meetings.
- Supporting in the discussion related to the Once-Only Technical System.
- Supporting in the coordination of digital credential solutions.
- Overseeing the technical work on the pilot and on the digitalization.
Requirements
What will you be bringing to the team?
- Bachelor's degree and 17 years of experience OR Master's and 13 years of experience.
- Minimum 10 years of professional expertise in functional analysis.
- Expertise in structured methodology to draft and review business requirements, extensive experience of ensuring the alignment of deliverables with the initial business requirements.
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written presentations and reports). Ability to communicate with business representatives as well as IT development teams.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Rapid self-starting capability.
- Strong capacity in preparing and writing business analysis.
- Excellent critical thinker, by using logic and reasoning to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions.
- Experience in the domain of the labour market and/or verifiable credential is an advantage.
- Proficiency in English language at C1 level.
