You will conduct thorough research, gather relevant information, and synthesize findings to support decision-making and strategic planning. Your role will be pivotal in bridging the gap between business needs and technological solutions, ensuring that the organization operates efficiently and effectively. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders. - Develop detailed documentation of business processes and system requirements to ensure clarity and alignment. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions and monitor their effectiveness. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Icertis Contract Intelligence ICI Platform Functional. - Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify areas for improvement. - Experience with process mapping and documentation techniques. - Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. - Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Icertis Contract Intelligence ICI Platform Functional. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
