We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our team, focusing on automated trading monitoring solutions. In this role, you will act as a key bridge between Dealing, Analytics, and Technology teams, ensuring business requirements are clearly defined, prioritized, and delivered efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and risk requirements for dealing and risk automation initiatives
- Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications
- Manage project delivery timelines, scope, dependencies, and risks
- Coordinate across Dealing, Technology, and Analytics teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution
- Prioritize backlog items and support release planning
Requirements
- Strong experience in business analysis and/or project management
- Good understanding of trading workflows
- Familiarity with data-driven and automated systems
- Experience with data analysis and automation tools (e.g. Python, SQL)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to translate complex topics into clear, structured requirements
- Organised, detail-oriented, and delivery-focused mindset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
