The Talent Acquisition Business Analyst will be part of a complex, global, matrixed talent acquisition function with knowledge of Oracle Taleo, Sourcing and Workday HR onboarding technologies, solid business analyst skills and a strong knowledge of HR recruitment processes.

Responsibilities include:
• Monitor and provide tier 2 support for Taleo and Sourcing production environments
• Document business and system requirements in accordance with Medtronic IT polices
• Work with the testers, developers and 3rd party vendors on issue analysis and defect resolution
• Engage Talent Acquisition stakeholders to understand processes and application needs; support development of system strategies to accelerate growth and capability within the function
• Manage full-cycle complex global technical enhancements
• Collaborate with IT colleagues to identify process improvements
• Create, enhance, and maintain global reports within Oracle Business Intelligence module
• Problem solve systems issues, analyze data sets and work with testers, Oracle support and 3rd party vendors on identifying and implementing solutions
Must Haves:
Experience in Oracle Taleo Recruiting and Sourcing
Ability to manage multiple tasks
Strong knowledge of HR Recruitment processes and procedures
Education Required: Bachelor Degree
Years Experience Required: 2-5 Year of experience administering and configuring Oracle Taleo Recruiting and Sourcing
