- Analysis of Business requirements.
- Documentation of Business requirements.

- Participate as speaker in conferences or event, sometimes abroad Belgium, to present DPP state of play
- Providing business knowledge for the organisation and implementation of user acceptance testing or for troubleshooting the system or addressing incidents.
- Assisting the Helpdesk function by providing business knowledge in the policy areas within his/her area of responsibility.
- Meet policy officers, present the DPP, understand their needs and analyse if and how DPP could play a role. Document and maintain the outcome of this analysis, positive or negative.

- Master and 12 years or Bachelor and 16 years
- BABOK certification
- 7 years of specific expertise with business model analysis and modelling
- 7 years of specific expertise with requirement elicitation
- 7 years of specific expertise with BPMN
- 7 years of specific expertise with UML
- 5 years of specific expertise with design of mockups and wireframes with tools like Balsamic
- 5 years of specific expertise design of conceptual data model
- 2 years of specific expertise with SQL statements writing
- 2 years of specific expertise with manual testing
- 2 years of specific expertise with Jira
- 2 years of specific expertise with Atlassian Confluence, including Gliffy diagrams.
- Proficiency in English language at a C1 level.
