The Opportunity:
The Business Analyst acts as a bridge between business needs and technology solutions, ensuring that requirements are clearly defined and implemented effectively. This role involves gathering and analysing requirements, mapping processes, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver solutions that improve efficiency and support strategic goals.
Key Accountabilities:
Requirements Gathering & Documentation: Lead workshops and interviews to capture business requirements, user stories, and use cases. Document “as-is” and “to-be” business processes and workflows.
Process Analysis & Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in workflows and propose solutions to optimize business processes. Conduct cost-benefit analysis and recommend actionable improvements.
Stakeholder Management: Act as liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment. Communicate requirements clearly and validate deliverables against business needs.
Project Support: Assist with project planning, monitoring, and transition from project phases to BAU (Business as Usual). Support QA teams in validating solutions meet requirements.
Reporting & Analytics: Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings and track KPIs. Perform data discovery and modelling to support decision-making.
Requirements:
Proactive and analytical with strong technical acumen and a proven record in driving business improvement initiatives.
Experienced with Salesforce and Microsoft Fabric, as well Commission and Marketing tools.
Ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements, support transformation initiatives and deliver data-driven insights that enhance operational efficiency and business performance
Project Management Certification is desirable.
