Job overview and purpose:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for enabling data-driven decision-making for our digital lending business. This role involves analyzing product performance, portfolio quality, customer behavior, market trends, and operational efficiency to support strategic planning, product enhancements, and overall business growth.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Analyze customer segments, behaviors, and lifecycle value, and conduct market and competitor research across Consumer and SME lending ecosystems.
- Identify new opportunities and deliver data-driven recommendations to drive growth.
- Prepare business presentations for executives and the Board, including QBRs and strategic updates.
- Gather customer and stakeholder insights through interviews, surveys, and secondary research.
- Create partner and investor materials such as company overviews, one-pagers, and summary decks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver innovative fintech solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an analytical role.
- Strong understanding of digital lending and fintech markets.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Ambitious, self-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
