Summary: As a Business Analyst, you will analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather and synthesize information, identifying customer requirements, and defining future business solutions. You will assess the current state of operations and work towards designing effective strategies that align with organizational goals, ensuring that technology and business processes are seamlessly integrated for optimal performance. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and drive consensus among stakeholders. - Develop and maintain documentation that outlines business processes, requirements, and solutions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Guidewire DataHub. - Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify areas for improvement. - Experience in process mapping and business process re-engineering. - Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Guidewire DataHub. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
