What will you be doing in this role?
- Gathering, validating and documenting business requirements.
- Modelling business processes and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
- Identifying issues, risks and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and outlining business impacts.
- Supporting business transition and helping to establish change.
- Elaboration of functional and non-functional requirements and business case analysis related to the area of expertise.
- Testing of solutions.
- Creating Epics, stories and tickets via the confluence/Jira following Agile methodology.
- Reporting to project manager on progress against planning.
- Participation in coordinating and project meetings.
- Interaction with the business analysts, customer, users, project leaders and the developers.
Requirements
What do you need to succeed in this position?
- Master's degree in IT with minimum 9 years of relevant experience (or Bachelor's degree and minimum of 13 years relevant experience).
- At least 5 years of specific expertise in MS Office Suite or Google Docs.
- At least 3 years of specific expertise in UML.
- Previous experience with BPMN.
- Minimum 1 year of experience with data modelling & database design techniques.
- Good knowledge of application development environments.
- Proven experience in Agile methodology.
- Experience with Akoma Ntoso: simple technology-neutral electronic representations in XML format of parliamentary, legislative and judiciary documents.
- Ability to give business and technical presentations.
- Certifications such as ITIL, PMP, PRINCE2, PM2 would be considered a plus.
- Excellent English language skills(C-level, written and spoken).
