- 3-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst / Functional Architect or a similar customer-facing role, preferably within Fintech or Banking technology sectors.
- Experience working with global enterprise customers, with the ability to confidently lead client sessions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Statistics/data modeling/analytical background
- Experience with writing detailed specifications
- A Bachelor of Science Degree (BS) in industrial Engineering, Information systems and similar.
- Team oriented and yet able to work independently
- Able to thrive in a fast passed environment and learn quickly
