Your role
In this role of Business Analyst, you’ll gather and analyze data, identify trends, and provide insights to support strategic decisions. You’ll work closely with partners to improve processes and deliver data-driven solutions that align with business goals.
Your background and experience
Strong analytical, written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
History working with ERP systems to implement business process improvements using standard functionality.
Ability to identify when ERP customizations are needed to meet specific business needs.
Experience using support ticketing systems to document and manage ERP-related incidents and requests.
Proficient skills in gathering, documenting, and reviewing business and technical requirements.
Ability to lead or support user acceptance testing, including test plan creation and execution.
Familiarity with creating and maintaining standard operating procedures and internal documentation.
Proven collaboration with technical and business teams to meet system and business requirements.
Track record researching and documenting system-related issues for development teams.
Experience designing and executing software test scripts and documenting results.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience – IT, Business or Related, 3 + years of related business analyst role experience preferred.
