We’re looking for a talented Business Analyst who’ll be a part of a tight-knit 5-person team that secures a bridge between Finance and Operations Teams.

• Analyze and report on Printful operations data (such as production KPIs, productivity and product costing), prepare regular and ad hoc reports, produce recommendations for improvements and implement them

• Develop and standardize internal processes that relate to operations data collection, analysis, and reporting

• Participate in automatization projects for various processes and tasks

• Take a lead in production-related budgeting projects and forecasts, and peak season planning

• Contribute to the development of the Operations Analytics team and continuously improve the value it provides to various operations teams across our fulfillment centers in Europe and North America

Below is a list of formal requirements, but you’re in the right place if you’re very organized, have an analytical mind, a genuine interest in data analysis and process improvement, a knack for problem-solving, and a desire to learn and lead by example. Since we’re an international team and our working language is English, our team members need to have strong English skills as well.

• Degree or enrollment in finance, business administration, math, or a related field

• 2+ years experience in data analytics

• Proficiency in working with large data sets

• Great knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets (e.g. Lookups, Pivot table etc.)

• Good MySQL and PowerBI / Looker skills

• Monthly salary EUR 2100–2500 gross, depending on work experience, education, and skills
