Job DescriptionInetum is seeking a skilled Business Analyst with a strong background in software development and integrated ecosystems to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business analysis and service request management, with a deep understanding of Agile software development life cycles and SQL / PL/SQL (Oracle) technologies.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with Agile methodologies throughout the software development life cycle.
- Managing service requests (SR) to systems/applications - understanding and clarifying/detailing business needs, which could include interviewing employees and collecting quantitative data; impact assessment, identifying application modules where those requirements can be implemented (based on the agreed architecture and scope)
- Transform business specifications into functional specifications.
- Ensure the solution proposal fits the business needs/Validate technical documentation.
- Apply your knowledge of SQL/PLSQL/Oracle to support data analysis and system integration tasks.
- Manage service requests related to systems and applications. Identify and detail business requirements, assess their impact, and determine the application modules where these requirements can be implemented, based on agreed architecture and scope.
- Utilize your experience in developing integrated software solutions to contribute to the design and implementation of innovative telecom systems.

Qualifications- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis.
- Proven experience in software development, particularly in integrated solutions and ecosystems.
- Strong understanding of Agile software development life cycles.
- Proficiency in SQL/PLSQL/Oracle.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
