• Gather and document business requirements from initial draft to implementation.

• Interface with internal stakeholders, business managers, project managers, developers, and testers.

• Interview stakeholders to define comprehensive user requirements.

• Build external user requirements according to client or Clario internal processes.

• Coordinate User Interface Testing with key stakeholders.

• Collaborate with peers or managers to review deliverables.

• Understand and address the specific needs of the Imaging business unit.

• Ensure timely execution of deliverables.

• Assist team members and perform other duties as needed.

• Comply with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Attend and participate in applicable company-sponsored training.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, life sciences, or a related field required

• Experience in a similar business analyst or data delivery role preferred

• Familiarity with clinical trials or imaging services is a plus

  Strong understanding of requirement analysis and specification techniques

• Knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC)

• Ability to gather, document, and manage business requirements

• Experience coordinating user interface testing

• Proficiency with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Working knowledge of JIRA or similar project tracking tools

  Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

• Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a team environment

• Fluent in English
