Summary:
As a Business Analyst with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical, you will be responsible for analyzing an organization and designing its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. Your typical day will involve researching, gathering, and synthesizing information to assess the current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, analyze, and document business requirements and processes related to Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical.
- Design and implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical solutions that meet business requirements and align with industry best practices.
- Develop and maintain project plans, status reports, and other project documentation.
- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams and stakeholders, ensuring successful project delivery.
- Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical solutions.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with other CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Oracle CRM.
- Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and tools.
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical.
- The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions.
- This position is based at our Ahmedabad office.
