Business Analyst

Kasama is growing rapidly and is seeking for a skilled Business Analyst with a strong background in Salesforce and Shopify to join our team. The ideal candidates should be adept in analyzing business needs, designing solutions, defining workflows, providing solutions and implementing enhancements to improve our Salesforce environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand the team’s needs and facilitate their setting of project goals and objectives
• Analyze and review requirements and implement solutions accordingly
• Gather Requirements – Detailing and documenting high level to low level functional and nonfunctional requirements
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand business processes, identify gaps within current processes, define solutions to address gaps, document user stories and business requirements and associated business value.
• Support the prioritization of user stories across multiple business processes and stakeholders to drive the most business value.
• Prepare technical reports by collecting and analyzing information and trends.
• Facilitate meetings and presentations to senior and c-suite stakeholders.
• Write the business case, produce process maps, document requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems or related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with Salesforce and Shopify experience.
• Experience with the Salesforce environment.
• Familiarity with Shopify's eCommerce functionalities.
• Experience with project management tools like JIRA, Trello, or Asana.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and vice versa.
