Summary:
BA supporting VDOT’s tolling modernization program. Gathers and documents business/system requirements for microservices, APIs, and modernization workflows. Creates user stories, acceptance criteria, and process maps. Works closely with developers, architects, QA, and operations in Agile/Scrum using Azure DevOps Boards. Provides light QA validation and ensures clear communication across stakeholders.
