The Role

• Gather and document business processes, requirements, and use cases. 

• Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and functional specifications. 

• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure requirement traceability. 

• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure alignment with departmental goals. 

• Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders.

You’re good at what you do and possess the required experience to prove it. However, equally as important – you have a growth mindset; keen to drive your own personal and professional development. Required Technical Skills:

• 5+ years of experience as Business Analyst

• Bachelor in CS/IT 

• Must have experience in requirement gathering, BRD, FRD, and UAT coordination 

Awareness of Tools:

• ​Requirements Management Tools: Tools like JIRA, Confluence, or DOORS help BAs manage and track requirements. 

• Process Modeling Tools: Tools like Lucidchart, Visio, etc help BAs create process models and diagrams. 

• Data Modeling Tools: Tools like ERwin, PowerDesigner, etc help BAs create data models and database designs. 

• Collaboration Tools: Tools like Slack, Microsoft Teams, or Trello facilitate communication and collaboration among stakeholders​

Preferred Technical Skills: 

• Involvement in large-scale Government or Citizen Service System 

• Proficient in Kannada to interact with local stakeholder
