For a long-term transformation project with a client in Vienna, we are looking for an experienced Business Analyst – OneShop Rollout (m/f/d).
The role focuses on driving business requirements and business readiness activities for the rollout of OneShop. You will act as a central interface between business stakeholders, IT teams and related business functions, ensuring that requirements are clearly defined, aligned and successfully translated into functional specifications and user stories.
You will support the client throughout the rollout by facilitating workshops, coordinating testing activities, identifying business-related dependencies and ensuring that all relevant stakeholders are prepared for the implementation of OneShop.

Skills Required
- Experience as a Business Analyst on OneShop rollout or similar ERP/retail platform implementations
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories
- Facilitation of workshops and stakeholder alignment sessions
- Coordinate and support testing activities and business readiness efforts
- Act as central interface between business stakeholders, IT teams and related business functions
- Fluent English (project language)
- Ability to work hybrid with 2 days per week onsite in Vienna
