Job DescriptionJob Description:
- Primarily responsible for supporting buy-side compliance analysts using Fidessa LatentZero Sentinel as compliance system.
- Work with Compliance Analysts and other investment professionals in defining and documenting system requirements
- Provide application support for compliance group globally
- Perform application functional testing, create test cases and conduct UAT
- Coordinate application integration tasks and the rollout of new application releases globally
- Actively participate in data analysis and problem resolution
- Manage relationships with both third party vendors and internal IT groups, coordinating the development, testing and release of software enhancements or entire new systems
- Present user training on new or enhanced system functions
- Good comm skills are a big priority
