Business Analyst (ServiceNow)

Location: Tallahassee, FL (Onsite)
Type: Full-Time Consultant / Contract
Start: September 2026 

We're looking for an experienced Business Analyst who enjoys bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. In this role, you'll help this public sector customer modernize their operations through ServiceNow initiatives, working alongside business leaders, product owners, technical teams, and implementation partners to improve processes and deliver meaningful outcomes. 

• Lead requirements gathering and business analysis activities.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops, discovery sessions, and working meetings.
• Analyze current-state processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
• Create process flows, use cases, user stories, and supporting documentation.
• Support solution validation, user acceptance testing (UAT), and defect management.
• Maintain requirements traceability throughout implementation.
• Assist with organizational change management, communications, training, and user adoption activities.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of business analysis experience supporting enterprise technology initiatives.
• 3+ years of ServiceNow implementation or enhancement experience.
• Strong requirements elicitation, documentation, and management skills.
• Experience facilitating stakeholder meetings and workshops.
• Experience supporting testing, validation, and business process improvement efforts.

• Experience with multiple ServiceNow modules and capabilities.
• Knowledge of:
  • ITSM
  • Case Management
  • CMDB
  • CSDM
  • ITOM
  • Employee Center
• Organizational change management experience.
• Public sector or government experience.
• CBAP, PMI-PBA, ServiceNow, and/or ITIL certifications.

• This position is onsite in the Tallahassee, Florida area; remote work is not available.
