The Role
Responsibilities:
- Providing support in gathering, designing and conceptualizing business solutions
- Ensuring that business requirements are accurately captured as technical specifications
- Serve as the front-line team member in addressing questions, clarifying the content and priorities
- Solutioning and implementing Salesforce.com to client’s expectations
- Assisting in training sessions with clients
- Gathering and recording critical information from meetings with various stakeholders
- Tracking and managing of project tasks assigned
Profile
- Aptitude and attitude foremost - the ability and willingness to learn and pursue ideals
- Current student or fresh graduate in Business/IT/ Computer Science
- Strong Analyticaland Presentationskills
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Well versed with MS Office – Word, PPT
