We are seeking an experienced Rollout Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of deployment activities across multiple sites, teams, and stakeholders. This role is responsible for ensuring that new systems, applications and case management systems are delivered smoothly, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate combines strong business analysis skills with hands‑on rollout experience and excellent communication abilities. Please note: this is a day rate contract position and involves travel to customer sites across Ireland as part of rollout, implementation, training and post-go-live support activities.
Responsibilities- Lead end‑to‑end rollout planning, including scope definition, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Coordinate deployment activities across internal teams, vendors, and customer stakeholders.
- Travel to sites across Ireland to oversee rollout execution, conduct readiness checks, and support on‑site teams.
- Ensure readiness of all environments, documentation, and support structures prior to rollout.
- Monitor rollout progress, track milestones, and proactively address issues or delays.
- Manage change control processes to ensure deployments follow governance and compliance standards.
- Develop and maintain rollout documentation, including plans, checklists, reports, and post‑implementation reviews.
- Communicate status updates clearly to leadership, project teams, and customers.
- Coordinate testing and validation before and after deployment to ensure successful implementation.
- Support incident resolution during rollout windows and escalate issues when required.
- Drive continuous improvement in rollout processes, tools, and methodologies.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing rollouts in IT, telecom, software, or infrastructure environments.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deployments simultaneously.
- Willingness and ability to travel across Ireland as required.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience with deployment methodologies such as phased rollout, pilot testing, or big‑bang releases.
- Ability to analyse risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Strong documentation and reporting skills.
- Technical understanding of systems, networks, or applications relevant to the rollout domain.
- Ability to work under pressure during critical deployment windows.
