The Resilience Crisis & Reputation (RCR) team of Deloitte helps organizations prepare for, respond to, and recover from planned or unplanned high-impact events. We are looking for talent, ready to join us as a Business Analyst starting in February 2026.
Job Description- Advise clients on crisis and continuity management, trust and communications, and safety and security, helping them to prevent and mitigate disruption, protect and enhance organizational reputation, and strengthen their overall resilience.
- Contribute to internal initiatives that grow and develop our services, including producing thought leadership that articulates our vision for resilience and designing propositions that respond to client needs.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional Deloitte teams to develop innovative client solutions and propositions.
- Learn on the job and participate in our structured training and development program.

With your personal strengths, view of the world and unique personality. You need the following qualifications for the position of Business Analyst Resilience, Crisis & Reputation:
- A completed master's degree in social sciences, communication science, international relations, security studies, public administration, security and risk management, business informatics, or another relevant field;
- Preferably some (relevant) work experience or internships;
- You don’t shy away from challenging client assignments because of your knowledge or experience in one or more of our key expertise: crisis management, risk management, security management, continuity management, strategic communications, and reputation management;
- You are known for both your social and analytical skills, proactiveness, societal awareness, and quick-witted approach;
- You have excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English, both verbally and in writing;
- You are available for 40 hours a week.
