The OpEx (Continuous Improvement) MGR Business Process Optimization is responsible for identifying opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, reduce waste, and improve service delivery through the use of process analysis and continuous improvement methodologies. This role will assist and facilitate (as required) cross-functional workshops, document current and future state process maps, and support the implementation of process improvements across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the creation and maintenance of process documentation using tools like Lucidchart, Visio, or Bizagi.

  • Conduct end-to-end process reviews to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.

  • Assist and Facilitate (as required) workshops with stakeholders to map current state and design optimized future state processes.

  • Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies to identify and implement process improvements.

  • Support the development of KPIs and metrics to evaluate process performance.

  • Collaborate with business units, IT, compliance, and operations to gather requirements and validate process changes.

  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders to drive engagement in continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Communicate findings and recommendations clearly through presentations and reports.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required. Advanced degree-Associates, Bachelors, Masters, etc.-preferred.

  • 3+ years of relevant experience.

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, especially advanced Excel functions.

  • Excellent communication, project management and problem-solving skills required.

  • Proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g. Lucidchart, Visio, Bizagi)

  • Experience with Lean, Six Sigma or other CI methodologies

  • Strong analytical, facilitation and problem-solving skills (including strong collaborative skills)

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
