Your Responsibilities

Responsibilities in this job will be defined as we work together throughout the recruitment process however, they will be mostly centered around:

• Systems Analysis & Optimization: Perform daily systems analysis to troubleshoot problems, identify bottlenecks, and maximize system performance.
• Project Management: Lead or contribute to multiple projects by preparing, updating, and maintaining project documentation, ensuring all deadlines are met.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business units, such as sales, marketing, and operations, to gather requirements, develop analysis, and deliver insights that align with business objectives.
• Requirements Gathering: Continuously evaluate, analyze, and document systems requirements, ensuring processes are optimized and align with organizational goals.
• Documentation: Create, update, and manage both internal and external documentation, ensuring clarity and alignment with business requirements and processes.
• Process Improvement: Identify and propose improvement opportunities to enhance business processes and system functionality.
• Communication: Effectively communicate analysis results and recommendations with production, managerial, and executive teams, ensuring alignment on key objectives.

What we expect from you

We are looking for an analyst to help us reach our objectives. Industry experience is not a requirement, but you do need to be highly ambitious, proactive, forward-thinking, a fast learner, and driven to inspire.

The candidate is expected to have:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of professional experience in business analysis or a related role.
• Technical Skills: Familiar in analysis and data visualization tools such as Excel, Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar platforms.
