- Collaborate with sales teams during pre-sales discussions, discovery calls, and client meetings.
- Gather and analyze business requirements and convert them into functional solutions.
- Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, workflows, wireframes, SOWs, proposals, and RFP/RFQ responses.
- Coordinate with technical teams for solution feasibility and effort estimation.
- Conduct market, competitor, and technology research to recommend suitable digital solutions.
- Support client presentations, demos, and project handovers.
RequirementsRequired Skills
- 3–6 years of BA experience in an IT services/software company.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, requirement gathering, and stakeholder management.
- Experience in pre-sales, proposal writing, and client communication.
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Figma, Visio/Lucidchart, Miro, or similar tools.
- Familiarity with web, mobile, SaaS, cloud, AI, and digital transformation projects.
- Experience using AI productivity and research tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, NotebookLM, Microsoft Copilot, Perplexity AI, or similar for documentation, research, requirement analysis, and proposal support.
- Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Applications, or related field.
- Experience working with international clients preferred.
- Understanding of AI/automation, cloud technologies, APIs, and GenAI-based applications is an advantage.
