Requirements Gathering:

• Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and document business requirements.

• Conduct interviews, surveys, and workshops to gather information from users and stakeholders.

Analysis and Documentation:

• Analyze and evaluate business processes, systems, and user needs.

• Create detailed documentation, including business requirements documents (BRD), functional specifications, and user stories.

Stakeholder Communication:

• Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements.

• Facilitate meetings and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations effectively.

Project Support:

• Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

• Assist in project planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure alignment with business goals.

Solution Design:

• Work with technical teams to design solutions that meet business requirements.

• Ensure that proposed solutions are feasible and align with organizational strategies.

Testing and Validation:

• Develop and execute test plans to ensure solutions meet business needs.

• Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and gather feedback for improvements.

Continuous Improvement:

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies.

• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to bring innovative solutions to the organization.
