Job Title: Business Analyst Manager

The Business Analyst Manager will be responsible for leading complex projects and initiatives aimed at driving business growth and efficiency within a strategic program at the Department of Veterans Affairs that has the potential to impact over millions of veteran users.
This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of business processes, data analysis, and technology solutions. The Business Analyst Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business needs, develop solutions, and ensure successful implementation.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead and manage business analysis projects from inception to completion
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and requirements
- Develop and document business process and workflows
- Analyze data and identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement
- Recommend and implement technology solutions to meet business objectives
- Conduct user acceptance testing and ensure successful implementation of solutions
- Provide training and support to end users
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices

Qualifications
- 5 Years of Experience in a similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in business management, Information Technology, or relevant degree (bachelor's degree can be substituted with 8 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted).
- Proven track record of leading and managing complex projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software
- Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus
- Proficient experience in data analysis
