Business Analyst IV
itD is seeking a Business Analyst IV to support and enhance Meta’s Business Continuity Planning (BCP) program across critical business functions. This role will play a key part in driving resiliency initiatives by partnering with cross-functional stakeholders, conducting risk-based impact analyses, and facilitating continuity exercises. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in business continuity planning and a proven track record of delivering operational resilience programs in fast-paced, complex environments.
Location: Remote (PST preferred; open to CST or EST)
Duration: 12 Months (potential for extension)

Responsibilities
- Partner with business stakeholders to conduct risk-based Business Impact Analyses (BIA) and prioritize continuity planning efforts
- Develop and maintain business continuity plans for critical business functions and systems
- Map business processes, system dependencies, and third-party/vendor integrations supporting core operations
- Facilitate and lead tabletop exercises to test continuity and recovery strategies
- Identify, track, and drive remediation of business continuity and application recovery gaps
- Coordinate cross-functional resiliency initiatives, including training and awareness programs
- Serve as a subject matter expert during crisis activations impacting business operations
- Support third-party and outsourced business continuity risk management initiatives
- Maintain documentation, workflows, and program artifacts to ensure operational readiness
Internal Responsibilities
- Attend regular internal practice community meetings
- Collaborate with your itD practice team on industry thought leadership
- Complete client case studies and learning materials (blogs, media material)
- Contribute to Digital Transformation practice development initiatives
- Participate in internal networking events (virtual and in-person)
- Partner with leadership on career development opportunities
Required Qualifications and Skills
- 5+ years of experience in Business Continuity Planning
- 5+ years of experience in operations, project coordination, consulting, or similar environments
- Proven experience coordinating cross-functional projects in large organizations
- Strong experience conducting and facilitating tabletop exercises
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with stakeholder-facing experience
- Experience developing and documenting processes, workflows, and procedures
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with business and technical acumen
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
- Experience in crisis management and incident response
- Familiarity with enterprise collaboration tools (e.g., Confluence, SharePoint, Wiki platforms)
- Experience working in fast-paced, highly dynamic environments
- Exposure to third-party risk management or vendor resiliency programs
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience required
