The team you will be part of

Our Tech Team is the engine behind our digital capabilities—designing and building the platforms, tools, and systems that power our services across the eCommerce ecosystem. From automation to optimization to data integration, the team turns complex challenges into seamless solutions, enabling scale, speed, and smarter decision-making. With innovation at its core, Tech drives the digital backbone of our business and empowers every function to perform at its best.

As a BA Intern, you will take charge of 

• Understand business requirements and any other requirements from PO, and higher managers
• Assist in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
• Collaborate with developers, QA, and designers to ensure requirements are well understood and implemented correctly.
• Validate whether the system behavior matches the intended logic.
• Participate in meetings with stakeholders and help translate business needs into actionable tasks.
• Other tasks as needed

Who we look for – the ideal profile:

• Understanding of Agile process and principles is a plus
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Likes to question “why” things work that way.
• Is very detail-oriented and structured.
• Experience in e-commerce is a big plus
