Description
We are seeking a Business Analyst Intern to assist in data-driven decision-making, reporting,
and business strategy support. This role offers hands-on exposure to data collection, Excel
modeling, market research, and business analysis within a fast-paced, collaborative
environment.
You will support the Business and Operations teams by transforming raw data into
actionable insights, helping develop ideas, and contributing to the creation of business
proposals.
Job responsibilities:
• Collect and organize data from multiple platforms (internal databases, online sources, and external tools).
• Build and maintain Excel reports, formulas, and dashboards to streamline daily tracking and analysis.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify potential trends, opportunities, and strategic ideas.
• Analyze data and prepare insight summaries or idea briefs for review by your supervisor.
• Support your supervisor in refining and translating ideas into business proposals or presentation materials.
• Assist in preparing pitch decks, business reports, and client-ready documentation.
• Maintain internal data systems, including CRM records and project trackers.
• Participate in meetings, take notes, and assist with follow-ups or coordination tasks.
• Collaborate across teams to support internal improvement projects and business development initiatives.
Job requirements
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Available to start immediately and commit for at least 3 months.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts) and Google Sheets.
• Comfortable working with numbers, datasets, and analytical tools.
• Good written and spoken English communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks.
• Basic understanding of business analysis, operations, or CRM workflows.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Slides).
