Purpose Statement:

The Business Analyst III, Digital Experience, APAC provides operational product execution support across the Pricing Transformation programme; providing support to the Product Owner and Regional Lead to focus on strategic delivery, rollout execution, stakeholder leadership and business adoption across APAC.

This is not a generalist support role. It requires strong analytical capability, structured thinking and the discipline to translate complex commercial and technical requirements into clear, actionable artefacts. The person in this role will develop deep Pricing Transformation project knowledge  and is expected to operate with ownership and initiative within the scope defined below.

Responsibilities:

Product & Requirements Analysis

  • Facilitate and document requirements workshops, capturing business stakeholder inputs in structured formats
  • Translate approved business requirements into functional documentation, process maps and gap analysis artefacts
  • Maintain a requirements traceability matrix, tracking from business need through to user story and test case
  • Flag requirements gaps, inconsistencies or conflicts to the PO for resolution
  • Support the Pricing Dictionary and functional documentation library with approved updates

Backlog Administration

  • The PO owns backlog priorities, story acceptance and sprint scope. The Analyst prepares and maintains backlog artefacts to the standards and priorities set by the PO.
  • Draft user stories aligned to PO direction and established Singularity story standards
  • Prepare acceptance criteria for PO review and approval
  • Maintain backlog hygiene: grooming, formatting, tagging and sprint readiness checks
  • Coordinate sprint planning logistics:  materials preparation, ceremony facilitation support, output capture
  • Flag backlog quality issues, dependency risks or blockers to the PO proactively

Testing & UAT Support

  • Prepare test cases and test scripts under PO direction, aligned to user stories and acceptance criteria approved by the PO
  • Support test execution: running test scripts, logging results and compiling structured test evidence
  • Log defects with clear reproduction steps, severity classification and supporting evidence; maintain the defect register under PO oversight
  • Triage and track defect resolution status:  chase outstanding items and escalate blockers to the PO
  • Coordinate UAT logistics: scheduling, participant communication and environment setup under PO direction
  • Compile UAT completion evidence reports for PO review and sign-off

Documentation & Training Materials

  • Develop and maintain functional specifications, process guides, system how-to documentation and job aids
  • Prepare training materials and reference guides as directed by the PO and Regional Lead
  • Coordinate training logistics: scheduling, materials distribution, attendance tracking and completion records
  • Update the Pricing Dictionary, release notes and functional documentation with approved changes
  • Manage version control and document accessibility across project repositories

Delivery Coordination

  • The Analyst supports project coordination, providing administrative and logistical support to the PO and Regional Lead.
  • Maintain action trackers, RAID logs and follow-up registers across project workstreams
  • Prepare meeting agendas, manage logistics and produce structured minutes and action summaries
  • Support status report preparation — compiling inputs, formatting dashboards, tracking metrics
  • Track sprint commitments and flag delivery variances or blockers to the PO without waiting to be asked
  • Coordinate vendor and IT follow-ups under PO direction

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Commerce or equivalent
  • Require minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in business analysis, functional consulting or product delivery support
  • Strong documentation discipline:  able to produce clear, structured, complete artefacts independently
