Role Title: Frontend Business Analyst – InsuranceWe’re looking for a Frontend Business Analyst to translate business needs into intuitive, user-friendly digital experiences across customer and agent platforms. You’ll work closely with business, UX/UI, and engineering teams to deliver seamless web and mobile solutions aligned with life insurance products, processes, and regulatory requirements.
Experience- 3–7+ years as a Business Analyst, preferably in life insurance or financial services
- Experience delivering digital/web/mobile projects
- Exposure to Agile environments
- Strong requirement gathering and documentation skills
- Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications
- Ability to map end-to-end customer journeys (eKYC, onboarding, policy purchase, servicing, claims)
- Strong stakeholder communication and facilitation skills
- Understanding of life insurance policy lifecycle and claims processes
- Awareness of data privacy, regulatory, and compliance requirements
- Experience using Jira / Azure DevOps, Confluence, and Visio
- Basic wireframing knowledge (Figma, Balsamiq, Adobe XD)
- CBAP, CCBA, or Agile/Scrum certification
- Experience in digital transformation initiatives
- Knowledge of UX principles and accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG)
