Business Analyst - Enterprise Document Workflow Migration
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst to play a crucial role in the migration of our enterprise document workflow from FileNet to Siebel. This role will involve collaborating with technical teams, business stakeholders, and end-users to ensure a smooth and successful transition.
Responsibilities:
Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements related to the document workflow.
Identify and document functional and non-functional requirements.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and pain points.
Process Design and Improvement: Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
Design and document new processes to optimize workflow efficiency and effectiveness.
Develop process flows, data flows, and other relevant documentation.
Data Analysis and Mapping: Analyze data from the existing FileNet system to identify data migration requirements.
Develop data mapping rules and strategies to ensure accurate data migration.
Work with technical teams to ensure data integrity and consistency.
Testing and Validation: Develop test cases and test scripts to validate the functionality of the new system.
Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and other testing phases.
Identify and resolve defects and issues.
Change Management: Develop and implement a change management strategy to minimize disruption and maximize user adoption.
Provide training and support to end-users throughout the migration process.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, keeping them informed of project progress and potential impacts.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in business analysis and requirements gathering.
Knowledge of enterprise document workflow solutions, such as FileNet and Siebel.
Understanding of data analysis and data mapping techniques.
Proficiency in using business analysis tools and techniques.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Enterprise content management - FileNet, Migration experience, Banking domain experience, 8 to 10 years of experience with ECM-FileNet.
