Position Overview
The Business Analyst - NetSuite, collaborates with internal stakeholders to ensure the design and functionality of key Enterprise Applications are driving value and efficiency for the organization. Under consultative direction, the role looks for opportunities to apply technology to optimize business processes in support of the company's growth objectives.

  • Acts as Project Leader for the evaluation and implementation of new technology. Provides systems analysis, business requirements, design, testing, and project management.
  • Support and optimize business transformation across business teams. Work with key stakeholders to document and validate business objectives and requirements for implementation by technical teams.
  • Take a hands-on approach to troubleshooting complex process, functional, and application issues and manage these through to resolution.
  • Apply best practice techniques to ensure that data integrity, internal controls, and audit trails are maintained throughout all applications and solutions are scalable to support a fast-paced and growing environment.
  • Develop, review and execute system test Scripts, and perform end-to-end testing of business processes.
  • Develop user-training guides/material/documentation and conduct training for end-users on how to effectively use systems features and related applications.


Education And Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Technology-related field

  • 7+ years experience working in an Analyst capacity
  • 2+ years' experience with relevant corporate applications (NetSuite required, Coupa highly preferred).
  • NetSuite certification(s) a plus
  • Experience in working with Development teams to configure, implement, and support NetSuite required
  • Knowledge of Agile process and tools such as JiRA is a plus
  • Proven experience ensuring quality deliverables. Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with strong presentation skills.

This role can be performed from any office in the US. The pay range for this position is $74,832 - $109,483/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for an annual bonus and restricted stock unit grant based on individual performance in addition to a full range of benefits outlined here. This information is provided per the relevant state and local pay transparency laws for the location in which this position will be performed. Base pay information is based on market location.
