What you will be doingThe Business Analyst strengthens shared understanding between Product, stakeholders, and engineering teams. Product and stakeholders define the business objectives, intent, and outcomes- The Business Analyst works with the development team to ensure those objectives are understood, explored, and translated into clear, feasible, and testable requirements.
The role enables teams to understand what is being asked so they can design and implement appropriate solutions. The Business Analyst operates within the development function, collaborating closely with developers, QA, architects, and the Team Leader throughout discovery, refinement, and delivery.
In addition to traditional analysis responsibilities, the Business Analyst helps teams explore opportunities to leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI) as part of product solutions or internal workflows.
The role focuses on enabling clarity, improving shared understanding, and reducing ambiguity, not on defining product strategy or controlling delivery.
