Key Responsibilities
- Implementation of workflow using AI and ML capabilities.
- Performance improvement of the model based on model feedback
- Write business requirements aligning with AI capability
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Experience working within Financial Services and Banking is preferred
- Experience in AI/ML projects: Should have worked in the AI/ML implementation projects as Business Analysts.
- Understanding of AI and ML models and data analysis experience
- Experience in improving AI capabilities based on the feedback
- Possess conceptual understanding of AI models
- Experience in workflow tools like ADO, Jira etc
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven stakeholder management skills, including the ability to engage with both technical and senior business stakeholders
- Data driven decision making skill
- Excellent verbal and written Communication - the ability to communicate to a variety of audiences across business function and level and tailor messages appropriately in English
