Business Analyst / Devops Engineer

As a Business analyst:

• You are responsible for coordinating and delivering complex initiatives by combining business insight, system understanding, and structured project management.

• You work closely with a wide range of stakeholders across commercial, operational, and technology teams to translate business needs into concrete solutions.

• You ensure alignment between business objectives and execution by clearly representing priorities within delivery teams.

Key responsibilities

• Support effective change by delivering insightful analysis in complex, end-to-end environments.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, with a clear understanding of their challenges and opportunities.

• Partner with delivery teams by translating business needs into clear, developer-ready backlog items in AZURE, and by aligning delivery teams with business and user expectations.

• Clearly articulate what is required so that technical teams can determine how to implement it.

• Facilitate testing and release activities through impact assessments, release reporting, and user sign-off.

• Structure, simplify, and resolve process and system-related issues, contributing to refinement and solution design sessions.

• Operate independently while ensuring the impact of decisions is considered and addressed.

• Promote collaboration, ownership, and knowledge sharing, keeping information current and reusable.

As a Business Analyst, you bring:

• A completed Master’s degree;

• Experience within Financial Markets, Risk Management, or a related domain;

• A solid understanding of derivative pricing models;

• Strong interest in technology and IT-driven change;

• Familiarity with Securities Finance;

• Experience with tools such as ANVIL / ARTS;

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is considered a plus;

• A structured, problem-solving mindset;

• Strong communication and presentation skills in English, across different levels of seniority;

• Proven stakeholder management capabilities;

• Flexibility and the ability to adapt quickly in a changing environment;

• Enjoyment of working in diverse, international teams, with a high level of trust and collaboration;

• The drive to bring new ideas to life and confidently take on challenges in complex settings.
