We are seeking a Demand Management/Project Coordinator to join an established Demand Management Managed Service engagement at one of our clients. This role sits at the operational core of the demand lifecycle — coordinating, tracking, and managing requests from intake through closure while enabling smooth delivery across the client's technology organization. The Coordinator works closely with Demand Managers and Program leads, serving as a versatile execution partner across stakeholder, service owner, and cross-functional delivery teams — balancing operational rigor with the flexibility to support both demand coordination and project-level activities as needed.
Location: 100% Remote. Able to work effectively in Central Standard Time hours.

Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate intake requests across systems of record (SharePoint, ServiceNow SIM) from initiation through closure, ensuring data accuracy, consistent tool usage, and adherence to governance protocols.
- Act as a detail-oriented coordinator supporting the definition of demand scope, managing interactions with customers and service owners, and ensuring cross-functional alignment throughout the demand lifecycle.
- Maintain planning logs, demand requirements documentation, action item tracking, and approval records in support of PMO and program-level governance requirements.
- Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate to Demand Managers and Program leads per defined protocols.
- Facilitate weekly demand review calls and support operational activities, including cost center setup and tool transitions (e.g., SharePoint to ServiceNow SIM).
- Coordinate across multiple workstreams and stakeholders at the program level, ensuring dependencies are tracked and delivery timelines are met.
- Support automation initiatives and contribute to annual planning cycles as the demand management capability continues to mature.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 2–4+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator, PMO Coordinator, or Program-level support role — ideally with exposure to demand or operations coordination.
- Experience working within or supporting a PMO or program-level governance structure.

- Strong coordination and documentation skills — able to manage multiple workstreams, track action items, and produce clear status reports.
- Experience facilitating recurring stakeholder meetings and managing cross-functional follow-ups.
- Comfortable wearing multiple hats in a structured, governance-driven service delivery environment.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); strong communication skills with both technical and business audiences.
Nice-to-Have:

- PMP, CAPM, or PMO-related certification preferred over traditional BA certifications.
What We Offer:
- Opportunities for professional growth and development.
- A collaborative and inclusive work environment.
- The chance to work on impactful projects with a talented team.
- Excellent compensation in USD.
- Hardware and software setup (mandatory).
