What You’ll Do:


As a Business Analyst (CRM), you will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and system requirements related to the company’s CRM platforms, customer lifecycle processes, and cross-functional integrations.

You will work closely with Product Owners, Compliance, Operations, Customer Support, and development teams to ensure business objectives and customer engagement strategies are translated into scalable and efficient CRM solutions.

The role focuses on optimizing customer journeys, lead management, segmentation, workflows, automation processes, integrations, and customer engagement initiatives across multiple systems and touchpoints.


What we are looking for

  • Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements related to CRM systems.
  • Translate business needs into clear functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria for technical teams.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Compliance, Operations, Customer Support, and development teams to ensure CRM requirements are clearly understood and delivered effectively.
  • Support CRM workflow optimization and automation initiatives.
  • Work with CRM platforms and integrations to ensure seamless synchronization between CRM systems, Client Area platforms, payment systems, onboarding systems, analytics tools, and third-party providers.
  • Collaborate with technical teams on APIs, integrations, data mapping, workflow automation, and system dependencies.
  • Support AI-driven initiatives related to automation, reporting and process optimization.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify CRM best practices, engagement trends, and innovative customer lifecycle solutions within fintech and trading environments.
  • Participate in backlog grooming, sprint planning, Agile ceremonies, stakeholder workshops, and cross-functional planning sessions.
  • Maintain and update documentation within Jira, Confluence, and related systems.
  • Assist in validating development deliverables and ensuring implemented solutions align with business requirements and operational objectives.
  • Support QA and UAT activities by preparing test scenarios, validating workflows, and ensuring successful delivery of CRM-related initiatives.
  • Monitor and document CRM workflows, customer journeys, operational dependencies, and integration processes across internal and external systems.
  • Ensure CRM processes align with company branding, compliance requirements, operational standards, and customer experience goals.
  • Support cross-functional communication between business stakeholders, technical teams, marketing teams, and external providers.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, preferably within fintech, forex, trading, CRM, or financial services environments.
  • Strong experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.
  • Experience working with CRM platforms.
  • Experience working with APIs, integrations, workflow automation, and system dependencies.
  • Experience with AI tools and AI-assisted workflows for analysis, reporting, documentation, or process optimization.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with multiple stakeholders and priorities.

Working Schedule:

Monday to Friday: 09:00 – 17:00 (Hybrid Model: 3 days from Office, 2 days from home)
