Responsibilities
  • Partner with Shared Services stakeholders to understand business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Evaluate and prioritize high-impact use cases for AI, automation, and process transformation.
  • Gather and document business requirements, translating them into functional specifications.
  • Support the end-to-end delivery of transformation initiatives, including AI-driven solutions.
  • Drive process mapping and optimization efforts to enhance efficiency and scalability.
  • Collaborate with technology, data, and product teams to ensure AI-enabled solutions meet business needs.
  • Facilitate workshops and discussions to drive alignment and decision-making among stakeholders.
  • Communicate project updates, risks, and outcomes to both business and technical teams.
  • Support change management initiatives for the successful adoption of new tools and processes.
  • Quickly adapt to new domains and contribute flexibly to evolving priorities.
Qualifications
  • 3-7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Management Consultant, or similar role with a business focus.
  • Proven track record in transformation, process improvement, or strategic initiatives.
  • Strong expertise in business process mapping and optimization techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills and demonstrated stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience in translating business needs into structured requirements and plans.
  • Prior experience within financial services is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience in identifying, designing, and implementing AI-driven solutions is strongly preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a practical and solutions-oriented approach.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive attitude, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to quickly learn new business domains and establish credibility with stakeholders.

Salary:  $150,000 - $170,000

Skills Required
