The Role

Software Requirements:

  • Knowledge of business analysis tools and methodologies, such as Agile, Waterfall, and BPMN
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA, Asana, and Trello
  • Knowledge of data analysis tools such as SQL and Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with software development life cycle (SDLC) and software testing processes

Overall Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate requirements gathering and analysis processes to understand business needs and objectives
  • Work with stakeholders to prioritize requirements and develop project plans and schedules
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure that requirements are accurately translated into technical solutions
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including requirements specifications, process flows, and test plans
  • Communicate project status, progress, and risks to stakeholders
  • Ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget while meeting quality standards

Skills:

  • Strong business analysis skills and experience
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Experience:

  • 4+ years of experience in business analysis or related field
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality business analysis projects

Day-to-Day Activities:

  • Facilitating requirements gathering and analysis processes to understand business needs and objectives
  • Working with stakeholders to prioritize requirements and develop project plans and schedules
  • Collaborating with development teams to ensure that requirements are accurately translated into technical solutions
  • Developing and maintaining project documentation, including requirements specifications, process flows, and test plans
  • Communicating project status, progress, and risks to stakeholders
  • Ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget while meeting quality standards

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or a related field
  • Professional certification in Business Analysis is a plus
