What will you do?
The IT Application BA shall be involved in strategizing and implementation of the project and initiatives involving the requirement study, procurement, testing, management, implementation, and maintenance support of applications.
You will be working in a Healthcare-domain Project.
Requirements
What are we looking for?
- Minimum of 5 years of IT Application Business Analyst experience
- Practical experience with Agile Methodologies, tools and delivery.
- Recent experience in implementing any product/project (mobile apps and/or website)
- Good understanding of Cloud Technologies and have attended the related fundamental Cloud Technology trainings
- Experience in Vendor and Contract Management, Change Management/Service Request Management, Problem/Incident Management will be an added advantage
- Strong product/project management skillsets (good in planning, tracking, review of deliverables and efforts)
- Ability to review technical solutions and efforts
- Experience in working in Singapore Government Projects
- Experience in supporting/implementing projects with databases ie Oracle and/or Postgres Database, middleware: weblogic or JBoss or Tomcat as well as exposure in automated software testing
- Strong analytic, conceptualization and problem solving skillsets
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written and able to pitch to engage stakeholders
- Relevant healthcare domain knowledge will be an added advantage
- Experience in supporting applications operations will be an added advantage
- Strong technical knowledge/skills will be an advantage
- Strong communication skills and keen to explore and learn;
- Minimally 5 years of Product management experience using agile methodology
- Minimally 5 years in developing and maintaining mobile application and systems with Rest APIs and microservices.
