Advanced Systems Design is seeking a Business Analyst for our client located in Montgomery, AL.
An in-person interview is required before an offer will be made. This position is onsite in Montgomery, AL, and requires in-person availability starting day 1.
Job Overview:
- This position will work closely with the Heath Level 7 (HL7) team and business units to support public health related facilities.
- The HL7 team manages the Rhapsody messaging engine that processes millions of HL7 messages annually from healthcare facilities, insurance companies, labs, and many more public health related facilities.
- This position will document the on-boarding process for facilities, assist facilities with the on-boarding process, which includes registration, testing, and troubleshooting, develop and generate reports, and perform system testing and document testing results.
- This position will also need to learn various computer languages, such as XML, JSON, and .NET Core, that will lead to some web development to support the HL7 team.
- A solid work history, experience documenting and researching issues, willingness to learn, and working both independently and as a valued team member are required.
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of relevant technical or business work experience.
- Proficient with MS Office (including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Proven experience with providing user support. Proficient with business processes.
- This position requires strong interpersonal and oral/written communication, problem-solving, critical thinking, organization, multitasking, and professionalism.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Some SQL experience is preferred
Education Required:
- High school diploma with some college or equivalent work experience.
