About this PositionExperienced Business Analyst, able to work with different projects. Able to work on medium to large strategic projects with minimal to no supervision, that involve dependencies across lines of business. Supports BACOE & Junior BA's as needed. Requires working knowledge on business methods, processes, requirements, and standards. Able to communicate with multiple project stakeholders including business owners, development, QA, marketing, and legal.This role is not eligible for sponsorship now or in the future.

The salary range for this role is $80k-$90k.Responsibilities & Qualifications
Elicitation
- Identify key business requirements through various methods including interviews, end user feedback, technical support content, and requirements meetings.
- Document business requirements in a suitable format that communicates the specific functionality that will be developed for the projects.
Analysis & Design
- Analyze current state of the application and create target state documentation including wireframe, process model, and business rules etc.
- Develop expertise in the tools and techniques required to produce the documentation, training and online help materials.
- Participate in meetings with functional user areas to define business system requirements and to resolve problems in existing areas
- Devise and recommend solutions and options for system design and enhancements.
- Works closely with the Design team to ensure final UI is in adherence to the documented business requirements
- Create user specifications and facilitates the production application including issue management and enhancements.
Life Cycle Management & Monitoring
- Identify and escalate risks and issues to the team .
- Lead root cause analysis, change control, scope management efforts, and test planning using proven testing techniques.
- Manage project scope through entire software development life cycle including documentation of requirements, testing, and implementation.
Stakeholder Management
- Work with user groups and departments, including Compliance, to obtain input and approval on all materials where appropriate
- Act as liaison between the business users and IT to ensure that projects meet outlined objectives and resolve system issues
- Support Agile team transformations and encouraging teams to adopt Agile values.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience
- 4+ years of Business Analyst experience.
- Experience gathering, documenting, and validating business requirements.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Experience supporting projects through the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Strong requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation skills.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira or Rally.
- Experience with process mapping and business process modeling.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
