About the role:
We are currently seeking a motivated Graduate Accountant to join our team. This role will provide you with hands-on experience across a broad range of accounting and taxation services while supporting your professional development within a collaborative and people-focused environment.
You will contribute to the preparation of financial statements, tax returns and compliance work for a diverse client base ranging from ASX-listed companies to small family-owned businesses.
- Preparation of year-end financial statements for companies and trusts, including ASX-listed entities and private businesses
- Assisting with compliance and reporting in line with Australian accounting and auditing standards
- Preparation of income tax returns, FBT returns, GST returns and BAS
- Superannuation fund creation, compliance and support with wealth creation and pension strategies
About you:
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
Essential
- Business / Commerce degree with Accounting Major
DEMONSTRATED EXPERIENCE & ATTRIBUTES:
Essential
- Strong Communication Skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
Desirable
- Previous work experience in Professional Services
