Jeppesen Sanderson IncBoeing Digital Aviation Solutions (DAS) is seeking a Business Advisor (Experienced, Senior or Lead) to join Our team in Gothenburg, Sweden or Crawley, United Kingdom or Neu-Isenburg, Germany. DAS offers digital solutions across Flight Operations and Flight Deck operations, saving customers time, money, and resources across the entire airline ecosystem. These software and data analytics powered solutions help customers navigate and operate more efficiently, reduce fuel consumption, optimize crew utilization, minimize disruption impact and increase asset availability.
Our team are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Experienced, Senior or Lead Business Advisor.
This position will apply their deep subject matter expertise in the Flight Operations or Flight Deck domain to improve the customer’s operation and to drive account growth through the DAS solutions. Key to this position is understanding aviation customer needs, challenges, and business processes and translating these into business solutions.

The successful candidate will have a demonstrated ability to be agile, inclusive, and build positive relationships on a multicultural team. The successful candidate will also have strong leadership skills, excellent program and project management skills, a bias toward action, and proven ability to simplify complex and challenging business landscapes.
Position Responsibilities for Experienced, Senior and Lead level:
Conducts on-site operational consulting assessments, benchmarks, scoping studies and health checks in a team environment
Analyzes customer business processes and organization across the airline ecosystem, identifies customer’s pain points and proposes recommended improvements
Documents and presents assessment findings
Demonstrates technical system abilities and benefits of DAS solutions
Leverages DAS solution capabilities to generate valuable insight into the customer’s operation
Additional Position Responsibilities for Senior and Lead level:
Leads, plans and develops engagements
Presents findings and recommendations to senior & executive leaders
Identifies and develops future sales opportunities to drive account growth
This position can be located in Gothenburg, Crawley or Neu-Isenburg with 25-50% travel. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite in one of the posted locations. Flexible work hours will be required as you will be meeting with stakeholders in multiple time zones.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
1 or more years of working with of any of the Jeppesen Solutions
Fluency in both written and spoken English
Creative problem-solving capability, strong analytical and listening skills
This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite a few days a week. At the moment 3 days per week. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Experienced (Level 3):
3 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
3 or more years’ experience of working in customer-facing role
A degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering, Aviation Management, Science & Technology or equivalent
Demonstrated understanding of the aviation industry and airline operations
Ability to interact with different cultures and at different levels within an organization with ease
Experience in Technical Pre-sales or as a Sales Engineer
Experience in creating and delivering presentations to executives
Demonstrated ability to drive customer intimacy
Prior experience supporting digital transformation programs
Senior (Level 4):
5 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
5 or more years’ experience of working in customer-facing role
A degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering, Aviation Management, Science & Technology or equivalent
Demonstrated understanding of the aviation industry and airline operations
Ability to interact with different cultures and at different levels within an organization with ease
