Business Account Executive

Mosaic Technologies is rapidly growing, expanding its footprint, and currently seeking a talented individual to join the sales team at our office in Cameron, WI.
Your Role: As a Business Account Executive, you’ll be at the forefront of providing an outstanding experience to our commercial customers. Equipped with a company vehicle, our Business Account Executives work in the communities we serve and beyond, meeting with new and existing customers while building and furnishing relationships. Your enthusiasm to generate sales will be rewarded through a salary plus commission pay structure.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales of Mosaic Technologies’ strategic product portfolio, including solutions for enhanced connectivity, safety and security, audio and entertainment, IT services, and smart automation and design.
- Conduct needs-based consultations to educate customers on product features, benefits, and tailored solutions.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, lead generation, referrals, and participation in networking events.
- Engage in direct, door-to-door outreach to connect with potential clients and promote Mosaic’s offerings.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Mosaic’s products, pricing structures, and promotional campaigns.
- Ensure accurate entry of service orders and maintain thorough documentation to support sales activities.
- Represent Mosaic Technologies at open houses, chamber of commerce events, and other community functions to build brand awareness and foster relationships.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience is preferred
- Two or more years of sales experience or prior sales training
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust, leading to lasting customer relationships
- Strong communication skills – verbal, written, and presentation
- Highly motivated individuals with strong work ethics who enjoy the selling process
- Valid driver's license
